The Health+ plan was created by franchisees, for franchisees. The Buffalo Wings National Franchisee Association pairs competitive rates with the necessary resources to create a customized health care program for your business.

The Health+ Service Center is your one-stop shop for information and assistance once you and your employees are enrolled in the program. The Service Center is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. The Service Center also maintains a Web site exclusively for participants: www.yourhealthplus.org.
